Welcome to InGames. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by InGames ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You can report violating content using the in-app report feature. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, but you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

5. Advertising

The App includes ads served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of these ads.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by InGames and protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, subject to any mandatory rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
